Ged Woelke
Development Experience (1998-2005):
Ged left the contracting industry in 1998 to go to work for the
active adult residential builder Del Webb.
Here Ged supervised the start up project of
Chicago’s master planned community, Del Webb Huntley.
The community existed of over 2000 residential homes with an
18-hole golf course, recreational center, parks, and major
infrastructure.
In 1999, Ged was transferred to
Las Vegas to work on the master planned start up community of Del Webb Anthem.
Here he was promoted to Project Manager and oversaw
superintendents, schedules, budgets, and cash flows for the
9,000-unit development.
At the end of 2003, Ged accepted a position for a private
homebuilder in
Las Vegas
named Rhodes Homes. Here he
was in the position of Vice President of Development.
Construction
Experience (1992-1998):
Ged Woelke, after receiving his degree from the
University
of
Illinois, went to work for a general contractor in
Chicago, Illinois. Ged supervised several crews
in the development of parks, plaza’s, corporate parks, shopping
centers and golf courses.
Education
(1988-1992):
Bachelor’s
Degree in Landscape Architecture/Urban Planning from the University
of Illinois.
Scott
Bomstad
Business
Experience (1997-2005):
Scott Bomstad was Owner, Managing Member of Choice One Graphics LLC.
Scott formed Choice One Graphics in 1997.
The company became a leader in the industry by designing,
fabricating and the installing all types of custom architectural
signage. Services are provided to the Master Plan Builder,
Independent Home Builder and Commercial Builder in the
Las Vegas
area. Clients like the Howard Hughes Corporation, Del Webb
Corporation, Pulte Homes and American Nevada Company have made
Choice One successful. Choice
One worked to design, develop and implement a signage plan to help
the builder market and move their product.
Construction
Experience (1982-1996):
Before starting Choice One Graphics, Scott had worked in the
building Industry for approximately fifteen years as an independent
framing contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada
and
Denver, Colorado. Scott has an extensive
background in the production of tract homes and semi custom homes as
well being able to handle multiple projects at one time.
Scott was framing foreman in
Denver
with R& D Carpenter for approximately seven years where he
oversaw the framing of residential homes for one of the largest
builder in the Denver area.
Goals and Vision
Sun Creek Homes’
vision is to operate a development company that will eventually grow
to be a leader in the Pacific North West. They reside in
Central Oregon
with their families to improve their quality of life and to live and
work in an area that rewards their lifestyles.
